Responsibilities

• 担当業務について、研究テーマ・戦略・計画の策定、論文執筆や学会投稿、研究提案（ロードマップ作成）やファンド獲得等を実施し、研究活動を進めていただきます。
• また、製品およびソリューションの開発について、実際に開発を行う事業部側の担当者と連携し、社会実装および事業化に向けた課題解決にお客様に近い所で取り組んでいただくこともあります。
• さらに、先進的な研究動向のサーベイや、学会や規格団体等社外コミュニティへの関与を通じた社外プレゼンス向上、産学官連携やパートナーとの協創を通じたイノベーティブな研究開発提案につながる社外活動についても実施いただきます。

Requirements

• ソフト・ハード・システム設計に関する研究開発経験（1年以上）（分野：リアルタイムシステム・高信頼/高安全）
• プログラミング知識（C、C++、Python、MATLAB/Simulink、シミュレーションソフト、等で1つ以上）
• 若手研究者に基本的な研究指導ができるスキル
• TOEIC（R）テスト650点以上程度の英語力
• 学会発表（相当の研究成果発表）経験
