Responsibilities

■業務内容：イノベーティブなサービスビジネスの開発・市場導入・販売促進を担っていただきます。
■業務詳細：

• 高付加価値サービスメニューの標準モデルの設計
• 企画実行に向けた社内の仕組み作り及び顧客ごとの実行体制づくり
• 高付加価値サービスを支えるデータ活用システム
• ツールの開発企画・販売支援ツール整備。初期は直接営業活動を行い、その後、水平展開として担当営業に移管を進める
• 標準モデルから顧客ごとのカスタマイズを顧客担当の営業・サービスとともに行う

※関係者：顧客、国内外の営業、サービスエンジニア、アカウント営業、工場の技術開発部門

Requirements

■必須条件：

• マーケティング、サービス商品企画、販促など（3年以上）
• ビジネス英会話能力

■歓迎条件：

• 製造業のサービタイゼーションに関係する業務に携わっている（3年以上）
• TOEIC(R)800点以上（中国語もできればBetter）

※実際に使う場面：主に現地法人の営業担当（海外顧客）とのやり取りで使用（現地法人との会議が週2～3回程度）
