Looking for AI Strategy & Enterprise Transformation ProfessionalsI'm currently supporting a leading global technology company that is expanding its AI consulting and deployment team in Japan.
This role sits at the intersection of:

• AI Strategy & Business Transformation
• Enterprise Solution Design
• Stakeholder Management
• Program / Project Leadership
• Generative AI & Agentic AI Deployment

You'll work directly with enterprise customers to define AI roadmaps, design intelligent agent solutions, and drive measurable business outcomes. Rather than focusing solely on strategy or delivery, this position owns the full journey from discovery through adoption and value realization.

Requirements

Ideal Background

• Customer-facing consulting, professional services, or technical advisory experience
• Experience leading complex enterprise transformation initiatives
• Understanding of cloud, SaaS, CRM, or data platforms
• Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, or automation technologies
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Japanese & English business fluency

Nice to Have

• Experience with enterprise data platforms or CRM ecosystems
• Experience in regulated industries (Financial Services, Healthcare, Public Sector, etc.)
• Knowledge of AI architecture, RAG, NLP, or responsible AI practices
