We are a university-originated venture company in the field of chemistry. Our main activities include research, development, sales, and maintenance of on-site ammonia supply systems, as well as research, development, manufacturing, and sales of ammonia synthesis catalysts and related products. We possess the world's first technology for synthesizing ammonia, originating from the Tokyo Institute of Technology, which has revolutionized the concept of ammonia synthesis technology, which has been in existence for over 100 years. We have raised approximately 6 billion yen in total funding, making us one of the top startups in Japan in terms of fundraising from various venture capital firms and major corporations, and we are aiming for an IPO.

Responsibilities

全社横断の調達戦略の立案から実行までを担う調達担当を募集いたします。
■業務概要：商業機の建設のため、国内外のプラントプロジェクトの積算・調達業務、触媒製造に必要な原料調達及び製造委託先との折衝、および全社の購買・調達業務を横断的に推進いただきます。
■業務詳細：＜プラント部門＞

• 設計部隊と協働した積算業務フローの確立
• 調達業務フローのブラッシュアップ・確立
• 協力会社（ベンダー／ファブリケーター）ネットワークの構築及び供給範囲の最適化
• 国内／海外プラントプロジェクトの機器調達業務全般
• モジュールファブリケーション、機器類の原価低減
• その他アンモニア、水素、触媒関連機器類の調達

＜研究開発部門＞

• 触媒製造に必要な原料の調達・サプライヤー開拓・価格交渉
• 触媒製造委託先との生産計画・納期・品質・コストに関する調整・折衝

＜全社調達・購買＞

• 全社調達戦略の立案・実行
• 購買ガバナンスの整備
• 調達プロセス・ルールの標準化
• コスト低減施策の企画・推進

Requirements

＜業種未経験歓迎＞■必須条件：

• 海外サプライヤーからの調達経験（商材不問）
• 調達・購買業務における価格交渉・サプライヤーマネジメント経験
• 英語を用いた実務経験

■歓迎条件：

• 調達戦略策定（最適調達戦略、原価低減戦略等）の経験
• エンジニアリング会社での調達経験ないしエンジニア経験
• 化学品・原材料・触媒等の原料調達経験
• OEMとの折衝経験
• マネジメント経験（多国籍人材のマネジメント経験を含む）
• 仕入れ先のQC業務（調達が行う工程監査の引率等）
