Responsibilities

• 構造設計および設計レビューの主導・強度／振動／熱などを踏まえた設計方針の検討
• 技術判断・顧客・サプライヤとの仕様調整
• 技術折衝・海外開発拠点・海外工場との技術連携およびプロジェクト推進
• 開発日程やコスト管理およびリスクマネジメント
• 設計報告書の取りまとめおよび対外説明
• 必要に応じた海外出張（工場視察・現地メンバーとの打ち合わせ・製品確認など）

Requirements

• 3D CADを用いた機械構造設計の実務経験
• 製品開発におけるリーダーまたはそれに準ずる経験
• 関係部門やサプライヤとの調整・折衝経験
• 機械設計に関する基礎知識を有し、論理的に課題解決へ取り組める方
• 英語でのコミュニケーションに抵抗がなく、日常会話レベルで海外メンバーとコミュニケーションが取れる方

※海外拠点とのやり取りがありますが、高度なビジネス英語力は求めていません。実務を通じて英語力を高めていける環境です。
