Responsibilities

■業務内容：

• 医療機関選定（Site Selection）
• 事前評価訪問（Pre-Trial Assessment）
• 被験者募集・継続参加施策の立案・推進
• 施設立ち上げ（Site Activation／Initiation）
• オンサイトおよびリモートモニタリング
• 医療機関との関係構築・維持
• 試験終了および施設クローズアウト対応

本ポジション必要に応じて若手メンバーや外部委託スタッフへの指導・支援も担います。

■働き方について：

• 裁量労働制
• オフィスへの出社頻度は現在、週2－3、４日程※フルリモート不可
• 定期的な国内出張を伴います（月1～2回／2か月に1回程度）。

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 製薬メーカーもしくはCROにてCRA経験５年以上
• グローバル試験、オンコロジー経験者

7.7 - 12 million yen
