Responsibilities

■業務内容：

• 医療機関選定（Site Selection）
• 施設実施可能性評価（Feasibility Assessment）
• 被験者募集・登録推進戦略の策定・実行
• 施設立ち上げ（Site Activation／Initiation）
• オンサイトおよびリモートモニタリング
• 医療機関との関係構築・管理
• クローズアウト活動
• 試験レベルでのモニタリング戦略立案
• Site ManagerおよびCRAの育成・指導

本ポジションはグローバル試験チームと連携しながら業務を遂行します。

■働き方について：

• 裁量労働制
• オフィスへの出社頻度は現在、週2－3、４日程※フルリモート不可
• 定期的な国内出張を伴います（月1～2回／2か月に1回程度）。

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 製薬メーカーもしくはCROにてCRA経験10年以上
• グローバル試験、オンコロジー経験者
• ビジネスの英語力
