Responsibilities

Fund Administrationリーダーの指示・レビューのもと、当社が国内で運営する複数の投資事業有限責任組合（LPS）に関するファンド管理実務を担当いただきます。記帳・計算書類作成等の日々の実務を中心に、経験を積みながら業務範囲を広げていっていただくポジションです。
業務内容：

• 複数の投資事業有限責任組合（LPS）に関する記帳・経理処理、計算書類作成等の実務対応
• ファンド決算・監査対応に伴う資料作成・準備
• LP（出資者）・GP対応に関する事務手続き、KYC/AML関連書類の準備
• 所轄官庁（財務局等）への届出書類の作成補助
• Fund Administrationリーダー、海外拠点との連携・情報共有

Requirements

必須要件：

• ファンドアドミニストレーション、または経理・会計実務のご経験（事業会社の経理、監査法人、ファンド管理会社、信託銀行等）
• 日本語ネイティブレベル

歓迎要件：

• PEファンド、VCファンド等の投資ファンドに関する実務経験
• 日商簿記2級以上、USCPA、税理士等の資格保有者
• ビジネスレベルの英語力（海外拠点との連携に活かせます）
• 金融商品取引法等、日本の投資運用関連規制への理解
