Responsibilities

本ポジションは、トレジャリー領域の担当者として、同社グループ全体の資金管理および財務リスク管理を担います。キャッシュフローの予測・分析から為替取引、コーポレートファイナンスまで幅広く関与し、経営判断を支える重要な役割を担っていただきます。

• 同社グループのキャッシュフローおよび流動性の予測、計画策定、管理およびコントロール
• 為替取引の実施（海外子会社への貸付に伴う為替ヘッジ等）
• 流動性リスクおよび為替リスク等の財務リスク管理
• コーポレートファイナンス業務（投資評価、資本コスト算出等）
• 金融機関とのリレーションおよび窓口対応
• 損害保険業務のサポート（国内および海外子会社の保険手配支援等）

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 財務・経理領域（為替関連業務含む）での管理職のご経験
• 日本語：ネイティブまたは日本語能力試験N1相当
• 英語：ビジネスレベル（海外グループ会社とのコミュニケーションで使用）
• 高いインテグリティおよび職業倫理

■歓迎条件：

• 証券アナリスト資格、MBA、USCPA等の資格
• 金融業界での実務経験
• 損害保険業務に関する経験または知識
