Responsibilities

（1）中途採用全般の推進

• 採用要件定義、ポジション設計
• 母集団形成（求人媒体・エージェント・リファラル活用）
• ダイレクトリクルーティング（スカウト配信、ターゲットリスト作成、候補者対応）
• 面接・選考プロセスの運用
• オファー面談・条件調整

（2）採用広報

• 採用ブランディング施策の企画・実行
• 会社紹介資料、求人票の作成
• 社内外イベント出展・運営

（3）人材データベース管理

• 候補者情報の管理・分析・レポーティング
• その他、人事業務サポート（オンボーディング、制度企画 など）

Requirements

必須条件：

• 人材紹介会社、求人広告会社、もしくは事業会社の採用担当として中途採用業務経験（目安2年以上）
• ダイレクトリクルーティングの実務経験（媒体選定～スカウト配信）
• 英語でのコミュニケーション能力（日常会話レベル以上）

歓迎条件：

• 事業会社人事の経験
