Responsibilities

• 所属勤務地は名古屋市ですが、引継ぎや業務習得のため入社後半年～1年は週2～3回ほど知多事業所に出社いただく可能性がございます。

＜安全保障貿易管理＞

• 事業部の事務局として、輸出管理に関する統制体制の維持・運用（教育・周知含む）
• 法令に基づく輸出可否および輸出許可要否の判定
• 法令対応における関連部門との連携・調整
• 規制動向の把握および社内ルール・運用の整備・改善
• 監査対応および輸出許可申請業務

＜チームマネジメント・業務推進＞

• 受注／輸出手配を担う営業事務メンバーの業務支援および課題解決
• 輸送キャリアとの折衝、進捗管理
• 業務プロセスの標準化および効率化の推進
• 関係部門と連携した安定的なオペレーション体制の構築

Requirements

• 社内外との折衝・調整業務経験（職種不問）10年以上
• 貿易実務、物流、または輸出入に関する業務経験（職種不問）3年以上
• 未経験な事象に対して自ら学ぶ姿勢があられる方
• 英語（目安TOEIC(R)500点以上）

※主務以外でも可。例）海外営業として一部輸出業務を担当。企業法務として法令に関わる書類対応経験など※管理職クラス：以下も満たす方

• 管理職もしくはチームorプロジェクトリーダーとして該当業務を牽引したご経験：5年以上
