Responsibilities

大企業や大団体向け制度保険に関するE-to-E 契約者サービス、DX推進・プロセス改善

• お客様の期待を超え、会社収支の安定成長に資する業務変革への分析と提言
• お客様と営業の利便性を改善する業務プロセスや付随業務への提言と実践
• ローコード/ノーコード ツールによる開発促進　グループ会社との協業あり

Requirements

必須条件：

• コミュニケーションスキル（対顧客・社内外関係者）
• 英語力（日常英会話レベル以上）
• プロセスデザインに関する工学的知識（あれば尚可）

歓迎条件：

• 営業部門またはマーケティング関連の経験（顧客データの活用、データに基づく提案・施策立案の実務経験）
• デジタリゼーション領域への関心と理解：市場動向、AI、BI、Big data、Cloud、CRM/SFA、RPA などのトレンドを踏まえた分析・提案
