Responsibilities

• CAD/PLMシステムの導入・運用
  • CADツールの機能強化やPLMシステムの導入・最適化を推進し、開発業務の効率化を支援。
• PDMガバナンスの管理
  • 技術リリースプロセスを管理し、3D CADデータ、技術図面、EBOMの整合性を維持。
• EBOM・DMU品質向上
  • 高精度なデジタルモックアップ（DMU）を維持し、仮想パッケージング評価やCAE解析を支援。
• 構成管理（Configuration Management）
  • 150％BOMやモジュール型製品アーキテクチャを管理し、多様な製品バリエーションへの対応を実現。
• 設計変更管理（ECM）
  • 設計変更の申請・承認から実装まで、一連の変更管理プロセスを推進。
• 部門横断での業務連携
  • 購買、生産技術、サービス部門などと連携し、BOMデータの活用・最適化を推進。

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 自動車業界における製品設計、BOM管理、またはPLM/PDMシステム運用の実務経験
• PLM/PDMシステム（Teamcenter、Windchill、3DEXPERIENCE等）の導入・運用経験
• EBOM、MBOMなどの製品構成管理や変更管理に関する知識・経験
