Responsibilities

• 商用の移動通信ネットワークを開発・運用するメンバと連携し、6Gモバイルネットワークへの機能・性能要求条件の抽出・整理業務
• 性能・機能要求条件を実現するアーキテクチャの検討、IPR確保
• 上記、要求条件・アーキテクチャの、社内・グループ内・社外関連者とのコンセンサス形成
• コンセンサスに基づく3GPP（SA、CT）等での標準仕様化業務

Requirements

■必須要件：

• 英語力・コミュニケーション力
• 移動通信システム・通信装置などの研究開発に従事した経験（2年以上）

（可能であれば移動通信システムまたはITシステムの）プロジェクトマネジメント経験（5人以上のチーム、2年以上の経験）

■歓迎要件：

• 移動通信システムに関する標準化経験（1年以上）もしくは、通信分野での製品開発の経験（3年以上）
• 製品開発においては、複数名のチームをリードして開発経験がある方がさらに望ましい。
