Responsibilities

グローバル共通プログラムの企画立案から展開、改善までを一気通貫で推進いただきます。サービス戦略に基づき施策を構想し、海外拠点と連携しながら実行・進捗管理・課題解決を担うことで、継続的な価値向上を実現します。現場知見を活かし、抽象テーマを具体施策に落とし込み、関係者を巻き込みながら成果につなげる役割です。

• グローバル共通プログラムの企画立案・具体化
• 海外拠点（地域統括、サービス部門、トレーニング部門等）との連携による施策展開・進捗管理・課題整理
• サービスの価値提案資料、ビジネスモデル、KPIの設計・改善
• 海外拠点・顧客向けのプレゼンテーション、説明、ディスカッション
• 実行状況の可視化および改善提案（PDCA）

Requirements

■必須条件：

• IA業界経験
• 現場経験（セールス・エンジニア等）
• 事業企画／事業開発／サービス企画経験（歓迎要件に準ずる経験があれば可）
• 商材・サービスに関するプレゼン経験、商談・顧客説明の経験
• IT／OT領域を含む産業分野に関する基礎的な知識・経験、または関連資格を有すること
• 英語 ビジネスレベル／TOEIC(R)テスト700点相当
• 日本語 ビジネスレベル
