■Main duties

• Proactive employee relationship building:
  • Serve as a neutral and trusted resource for employees and managers regarding workplace issues, harassment, and concerns.
  • Conduct investigations into employee complaints, issues, and policy violations, and apply fair and consistent policies.
  • Advise management on best practices in employee relations, compliance, and building a positive work environment.
• Strategic Internal Communications:
  • Develop and implement an organization-wide internal communications strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage various communication channels such as intranets, town halls, and email to disseminate unified, timely, and relevant information.

Requirements

■必須

• 7年以上のEmployee Relationsまたは人事領域における実務経験
• ３年以上のピープルマネジメント経験
• Employee Relations Managerとしての実務経験
• 多国籍・多文化環境での勤務経験
• 日本の労働法、労務管理、および関連法令に関する知識
• ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル
• ネイティブレベルの日本語スキル

• 従業員対応、労務案件調査、紛争解決の実務経験
• Employee Relations戦略や施策の企画・導入経験
• 中国語スキル
