Responsibilities

開発の中核メンバーとして、制御システムのソフトウェア製品開発に関する以下の業務を担当いただきます。特にお任せする領域は要件整理・仕様検討・基本設計といった開発の核となる領域で、詳細設計や実装・検証などはメンバーに割り振りながら、プロジェクト管理も担って頂くことを想定しております。また、案件によっては自部門だけでなく、海外の開発部門との連携も発生しますので、グローバル開発のプロジェクトもリードしていただきます。
【開発】

• Linux/Windowsアプリケーションの開発(ソフトウェア開発ライフサイクル全般：要件整理、仕様、設計、実装、検証、保守)

【海外連携開発】

• 社内海外拠点や技術提携先サードパーティーベンダーと連携したソフトウェア開発を実施・牽引していただきます。

【マネージメント】

• リーダーの補佐役として、ソフトウェア開発のプロジェク管理および組織活動としてのメンバーマネジメントを実施していただきます。

【出張】

• 国内：1回／年　海外：2回／年

Requirements

■必須条件：

• ソフトウェア開発の実務経験（5年以上）
• C/C++によるソフトウェア開発経験
• Linuxソフトウェア開発経験
• 海外メンバー（非日本人）との共同開発に意欲があること（経験の有無は不問）
• リーダーとしてソフトウェア開発を牽引した経験（チームメンバ3人以上）

■歓迎条件：

• ウオーターフォール開発プロセス経験
• 海外メンバー（非日本人）との共同開発経験
