■ポジションについて
大手自動車メーカー向け事業のプログラムコントローラーとして、事業責任者やプログラムマネージャーと連携しながら、収支・財務管理および収益改善を推進いただきます。
経営に近い立場から、客観的な視点で事業の収益性向上や課題解決に貢献するポジションです。

■具体的な業務内容

• 担当プログラムの収支計算、分析、および収益改善に向けた課題提起
• 財務上の課題やリスクの整理、関係者へのエスカレーション
• プログラム収支（生涯収支・実績・見通し）の管理および最新状態へのアップデート
• プログラム収支に関する信頼性の高い財務データの整備・維持
• プログラムマネージャーや関連部門と連携した収支改善施策の推進
• 経営層向けの財務分析・レポーティング、および意思決定支援
• プログラム収支・財務管理に関するルール・業務プロセス改革の推進

• 数値分析能力
