Responsibilities

【主な役割】全体戦略推進担当者として、次世代決済ビジネスの構築を担う

• 全体戦略に基づいた個別PJの推進
• 外部事業者（内外金融機関、Tech企業）との連携、グループ全体のビジネス推進に資する情報の収集
• グループ各社と連携したビジネス要件の具体化とシステムチームとの連携
• 社内関係部対応（資料作成や社内説明を含む）
• デジタルアセット関連の証券領域の知見向上と伝播

Requirements

必須条件：

• 戦略企画・PJ推進経験
• 英語でのビジネス経験

• デジタルアセット領域に関する知見・興味関心
• 金融領域での新規事業推進
• 当局折衝や複数部署にまたがる社内調整
• 銀行ビジネスの知見
• 外部事業者との協働、アライアンス
• 業務推進に必要な社内外プレゼンテーション資料作成
