Responsibilities

■業務内容

• 1. 会計（Accounting）
  • グループ要件、ドイツ会計基準（German GAAP）、日本会計基準（Japan GAAP）に準拠した財務諸表および社内レポートを、適時かつ正確に作成・維持する。
  • 最新の会計基準および税務要件に対応し、必要なアップデートを行う。
  • 月次・四半期決算プロセスおよび会計報告パッケージの作成・管理を推進する。
• 主な社内関係者
  • 管理会計（Controlling）チーム（日本およびインド）
  • タイおよび財務オペレーションチーム
  • ドイツ本社の経理・会計部門
• 主な担当業務
  • 外部監査人および内部監査人への対応・管理
  • ERP（SAP）のユーザーテスト実施、および担当領域におけるSAP S/4HANA導入プロジェクトの推進
• 主な社外関係者
  • 関連会社（グループ会社間取引残高の照合・調整）
  • 日本国内の事業部コントローラー（BU Controller）を含む管理会計チーム 
    • 在庫管理
    • 原価計算
    • 引当金計上
    • 企業評価　など
• 監査計画および監査実施に関する外部・内部監査人

• 2. 税務（Tax）
  • Head of Accountingと連携し、税務申告プロセスを管理する。
  • 税務申告や国際税務案件について、外部税務アドバイザー・税理士と連携する。
• 主な税務領域
  • 源泉所得税（Withholding Tax）
  • 消費税（Consumption Tax）
  • 移転価格税制（Transfer Pricing）に関する業務・対応

Requirements

■必須

• 学士号
• 8年以上の会計分野での実務経験

■歓迎

• SAPの実務経験
• 公認会計士（CPA）または税理士資格を保有
• 製造業での業務経験
