Responsibilities

本ポジションはAPAC事業管理マネージャーのもと、NV・CSの管理業務を担当し、川崎を拠点に各部門と連携しながら、数値を通じて地域ビジネスの成長を推進します。グローバルな視点で戦略を描き、数字で未来を動かす - そんなやりがいを感じられるポジションで、あなたの経験とスキルを活かしてみませんか？
業務内容:

• 1. 経営支援・戦略推進
  • 財務状況の可視化および経営層への報告
  • 市場ごとのリスク・機会分析と意思決定支援
• 2. 計画・報告・リスク管理
  • 売上・価格・割引管理の統括
  • 事業計画の立案・推進およびレポーティング
  • 内部統制の運用と財務リスク管理
• 3. 部門連携・調整
  • 営業・製品・法務など関係部門との連携推進
  • APAC地域における横断的な議論・施策をリード幅広い部門との連携を通じて、会社全体のプロセス理解を深められる
• 変更の範囲：会社の定める業務

Requirements

必須要件：

• 財務、経営管理の経験をお持ちの方
• 経理経験、もしくは監査法人での業務経験（目安3年以上）
• 英語：ビジネス

歓迎要件：

• 業界未経験歓迎
• 公認会計士などの専門資格をお持ちの方は歓迎します
• 国際的な環境や複雑なプロジェクトでのマネジメント経験がある方は、特にご活躍いただけます
• 日本語：日常会話（必須ではありません）
