現在、外部のUS SOX専門家の知見を活用しながら同法に準拠した内部統制システムの構築・整備を推進しています。
この重要なフェーズを共に担っていただける人材を募集しています。

■ポジションについてUS SOX対応プロジェクトの実務推進担当として、以下の業務を担っていただきます。

■具体的な業務内容

• US-SOXへの対応方針決め
• US-SOX対応に向けた内部統制の構築
• 同グループ会社の内部統制整備、評価、改善推進
• 監査法人との協議・対応

Requirements

■必須

• 事業会社における内部統制（J-SOX）対応の実務経験 
• 経理・財務/調達・購買/内部統制・監査いずれかの業務経験
• グループ会社や他部署とのやり取り・調整ができるコミュニケーション能力
• 主体的に課題を発見・提案し、解決する力

■歓迎

• US-SOX法対応経験
• 内部統制構築経験
