Responsibilities

• 同社及びグループ各社／事業部（海外含む）における貨物輸出・技術提供に関して、まずは審査などの実務をメインで担っていただき、ゆくゆくはリーダーなどマネジメントを目指していただきたいと考えています。
• 具体的な業務内容：
  • 安全保障輸出管理体制（特にIT・通信関連技術提供）の仕組みづくり及びプロセス改善の推進
  • EARに基づく管理体制の構築支援
  • 貿易関連規定、細則、マニュアル等の制定、改廃
  • 社内及びグループ各社の貿易相談窓口
  • 社内及びグループ各社への教育・啓蒙
  • 該非判定・客観要件審査
  • 輸出入法定書類整備（税関事後調査対応）

Requirements

■必須条件：以下いずれも満たす方

• 現行の輸出入管理実態を踏まえたうえで、積極的且つ柔軟に行動し、部内外にかかわらず様々な関係者と協調して業務を遂行できる能力
• 安全保障輸出管理業務の経験
• 【STC Associate】以上の保持者
• NACCSによる経産省への個別許可申請（貨物／技術・役務）経験

■歓迎条件：

• IT・通信関連業界経験
• 海外関連会社の貿易管理担当との会議、意見交換等コラボレーション
• 社内規程、細則、事務マニュアル等の制定・改廃
• 英語：ビジネスレベル
