Responsibilities

• 価格交渉、発注処理、納期管理などのバイヤー業務
• 継続的な取引状況における既存サプライヤーの管理および評価
• カテゴリにおける調達戦略の策定
• 社内ステークホルダーと連携したサプライヤーソーシング活動

• 入社後すぐの業務
  • まずはご経験に応じて、担当カテゴリーについて可能な範囲から既存社員の業務を段階的に引き継いでいただきます。主にサプライヤーソーシング、契約、発注業務に従事していただきます。入社3～5か月後を目安に、社内プロジェクト案件について単独で対応できる状態となることを期待しています。
• 入社6か月～1年以降
  • 業務に慣れてきた後は、プロジェクト案件において上司や社内会議に提出するデータやレポートの取りまとめを担当していただきます。数年後にはマネージャーとして、チームビルディングやプロジェクトリーダーとしての全体進捗管理をお任せする想定です。

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 調達実務経験をお持ちの方
• 調達/営業/総務等の部門で契約交渉実務経験をお持ちの方

■資格：以下いずれかを満たす方

• ビジネス英語を活用したご経験をお持ちのお方
• TOEIC(R)テスト700点以上
