産業機器向け高付加価値コネクタのコンセプト段階から開発に関わり、競争力のある最先端製品の開発の一端を担っていただきます。具体的には、ロボットやファクトリーオートメーション機器用コネクタの開発に関わるコンセプト提案、詳細設計、試作から量産立ち上げに至る製品評価・検証をお任せします。同社において、あなたの知見やアイデアを革新的製品の創出につなげてみませんか。成長が期待される産業機器の電気的接続技術分野で力を発揮したいという意欲ある方を募集します。

• 産業機器用電子部品（コネクタ）の開発に伴う、コンセプト提案、詳細設計、試作から量産立ち上げに至る関連業務
• 産業用ロボット・人協働ロボット内部配線用コネクタ製品開発
• CNC、PLCなどのファクトリーオートメーション機器向けコネクタ製品開発
• フローティング機能、高速伝送特性、防水機能等の高機能・高付加価値技術の開発

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 電気/電子部品メーカーでの製品開発、設計業務（精密機械/機構設計）に関して5年以上の実務経験
• コネクタ製品に関する知識および開発経験3年以上 (3D CAD設計、構造計算、CAE解析、材料・成型・加工知識など)

■歓迎条件：

• Ansys（解析ソフト）等のCAE解析(構造、電気、熱)の経験
• コスト分析、コスト低減活動の経験
