Responsibilities

• ビジネスチームの目標に沿った日本でのバイオテクノロジー作物の承認取得計画を立案・推進する。
• グローバルのプロジェクトチームと緊密に連携し、規制および会社戦略に準拠した日本向けの申請書類を作成する。
• 日本の規制当局やグローバルのプロジェクトチームと連携して申請・審査プロセスを進め、一定の期限内に承認を取得する。
• 規制やコンプライアンスを遵守し、遺伝子組換え作物の承認に必要な隔離圃場試験の実施を主導する。
• 日本における最新の規制状況や要件を理解し、グローバルのプロジェクトチームに共有する。
• 重要な規制関連文書の管理プロセスを主導する。
• 業界団体での活動をリードする。

Requirements

必須条件：

• 植物バイオテクノロジー、農学、生物学、遺伝学、または関連分野での修士以上の学位
• 植物分子生物学、遺伝学、育種学、生化学、バイオインフォマティクス、毒性学、統計学を含む幅広い科学分野の知識
• 日本におけるバイオテクノロジー作物に関する規制制度や安全性評価の知識
• バイオテクノロジー関連の研究者としての経験、圃場での栽培試験の経験
• レギュラトリーサイエンス、レギュラトリーアフェアーズで5年以上の実務経験があることが望ましい
