■ポジションについてクライアントおよび社内の主要ステークホルダーと連携しながら、3Dアセットプロジェクト全体を推進する役割です。
要件定義からソリューション設計、アーキテクチャ設計に至るまで幅広く関与し、3Dアセットの管理に関する標準やガバナンスの策定にも携わります。
また、開発プロセスの妥当性を確認し品質担保に貢献するとともに、チームワークと学習を重視し、多様性を尊重する文化の中で成果創出を目指す環境です。
■Your Key Responsibilities

• Advocate client and provide thought leaderships in 3D assets analytics and engineering
• Understand the requirements both functional and non-functional to define the holistic 3D assets management system architecture
• Demonstrate compelling business values to the client with the 3D assets architecture/solution aligning to the business scenarios
• Collaborate with the internal stakeholders and outline 3D assets management standards, guidelines, governing principles, and policies aligning to the client requirements
• Identify use cases, 3D assets process flows, outline 3D assets management approach and define assets models
• Specify security, compliance and regulations and access methods aligning to the requirements
• 3D assets reference architecture and framework creation
• Pre-sales activities, proposal creation, solution design and project delivery

Requirements

■必須

• 学士号
• 15年以上のIT領域での実務経験
• ネイティブレベルの日本語スキル
• ビジネスレベル上級以上の英語スキル
• 3Dアセット管理に関する実務経験

■歓迎

• デジタルアセット領域のアーキテクチャ／データ設計／ガバナンスの経験
• ゲーム業界での経験
• 大規模な3Dアセット管理プロジェクトの推進経験
• 関連ツール（例：3D管理・デジタルアセット管理ツール等）の使用経験
• チームマネジメントおよび顧客折衝の経験
• ソフトウェア開発プロセス（特にアジャイル）の理解
• 多様なステークホルダーと協働できるコミュニケーション力
• グローバル環境での業務経験
