We primarily engage in the development, design, manufacturing, sale, export, import, and other transactions of trucks, buses, and industrial engines. Responsibilities

同ポジションでは、主に以下3つのタスクで活動しています。
①脱炭素・カーボンニュートラル推進

• 主な業務内容
  • サプライヤーへの要求事項見直し・改善による排出量削減
  • 原材料起点での排出削減施策の検討・推進
• 特徴
  • 加工工程ではなく、鉄鋼・アルミ等の原材料製造工程が主な排出ボトルネック
• 具体的な取り組み
  • 鉄鋼メーカーとの協議・連携
  • グリーンスチール導入の検討・推進

②規制対応

• 国内外の環境規制に対する理解と対応方針の策定を行います。
• 主な対応領域
  • 日本：比較的緩やかな環境規制への対応
  • EU：炭素税導入（2025年～）への対応
• 具体的な業務内容
  • 制度内容の理解（対象範囲・仕組み把握）
  • 自社およびサプライヤーへの影響分析
  • 対応方針の検討・策定

③CDP対応（サプライヤー評価）

• サプライヤーのサステナビリティ評価の推進を担当します。
• 対象
  • 約400社のサプライヤー
• 実施内容
  • 質問票送付→ウェビナー開催→回収→結果の分析・評価
• 業務の意義
  • サプライヤー評価の高度化
  • 自社のサステナビリティ評価向上への貢献

Requirements

■必須条件：

• ビジネスレベルの日本語力および英語力
• 以下いずれか必須：
  • CO2排出量の可視化などの脱炭素支援や、ESG情報の管理を行うSaaSを提供する企業での実務経験（導入・運用・顧客対応など）
  • 事業会社にてESG推進、サステナビリティ関連の業務経験

■歓迎条件：

• サステナビリティ学、環境経営学を専攻していた方
• ESG推進、ZEVまたはグリーンソーシングに関する実務経験
• 材料（鉄鋼、アルミニウム、プラスチック）の商流知識
