Responsibilities

• データに基づく改善施策の立案・実行、効果測定
• Webサイトや紙媒体におけるUI/UX改善企画
• 開発案件においてビジネスオーナーとしての要件定義や進行管理
• グループ内外のステークホルダー参加のプロジェクト推進
• 新規オペレーション設計＆既存オペレーション改善
• 各関係パートナー企業との連携、折衝

Requirements

• 論理的思考・企画力
• 社内外含めての柔軟なコミュニケーション力、折衝力、推進力
• 環境の変化に柔軟に対応し、関係各所と調整しながら自走して解決策を導ける
• TOEIC(R)600点相当の英語力
