We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead regional marketing strategy and execution across APAC markets including Taiwan, Hong Kong, Korea, and Southeast Asia.The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, culturally aware, data-driven, and passionate about creating locally relevant campaigns and experiences that resonate with players across different markets. This role will work closely with our IP partner, local teams, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful marketing initiatives including ATL campaigns, partnerships, digital promotions, and offline/community events.This role is expected to leverage AI tools and workflows to improve market insight generation, campaign planning, performance analysis, and recurring marketing operations across APAC.
What you'll do:- Lead product marketing strategy and execution across APAC markets, including Taiwan, Hong Kong, Korea, and Southeast Asia.
- Develop and execute localized marketing campaigns and regional initiatives aligned with market needs and player behaviors.
- Work closely with local marketing teams, external agencies, and regional partners to deliver impactful ATL campaigns, partnerships, offline/community events, and digital promotions.
- Identify opportunities to grow the business across user acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue, using a data-driven approach.
- Use AI tools to synthesize market signals, player feedback, campaign performance, and regional trends into actionable insights.
- Champion campaign launches in collaboration with Product, Game Design, Comms, Creative, and PR teams.
- Track and analyze marketing and product performance metrics including awareness, acquisition, DAU/WAU, and ROI.
- Manage regional marketing budgets and evaluate campaign effectiveness to inform future strategies and investments.
- Support the development of scalable regional marketing frameworks and best practices across APAC.
- Travel domestically and internationally as needed to support campaigns, partnerships, and live events.
- Collaborate effectively within a highly cross-functional and international environment with teams across multiple time zones.
- Required in-office 3 days on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

What you'll need:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7+ years experience in product marketing, gaming, entertainment, consumer technology, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of APAC market dynamics and consumer behavior.
- Experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns including ATL, partnerships, digital marketing, and offline activations.
- Experience managing agencies, vendors, and external partners.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve marketing workflows, analysis, planning, or communication.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese and English.
- Experience working on highly cross-functional teams with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Passion for games, live-service products, and player communities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hybrid environment and handle stress appropriately and/or ability to solve practical problems and adapt to dynamic situations with little advance notice.
- Experience working within strict brand and legal guidelines.
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana.
- Experience building repeatable AI-assisted templates, trackers, reporting workflows, or lightweight internal tools.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace is a plus.
