Responsibilities

当社元請工事の管理

機械器具設置の監理技術者として、建設業法案件の適法対応の確認、及び、営業への指導。毎週末の工事安全立会。

請負工事関連の法令対応（建設業法・労働安全衛生法等）

請負工事の関係法令の改定内容を把握し、当社資料をアップデートし、営業への説明を実施。

安全教育の講師対応

外来工事資格の講師(工事責任者・作業責任者・感電防止教育・高所作業教育等)

Requirements

必須条件：

ビジネスレベルの英語力（TOEIC730点以上）に加えて、以下いずれか

電気、管、機械器具設置のいずれかの監理技術者を申請できる資格保有

電気、管、機械器具設置のいずれかの監理技術者資格保有

歓迎条件：

• グループでの工事管理経験
