Responsibilities

眼科領域において新製品の市場導入が予定されている。新製品は眼内インプラント（医療機器）と医薬品の組み合わせであり、新たな役割として手術立ち合いによる適正使用の推進を必要である。新製品の円滑な市場導入および眼科領域における当社のプレゼンスを高めていくためにキャリア採用を行いたい。
業務内容：

• 医師・看護師を始めとして新製品に関する手術教育と、手術における適正使用推進
• 医師や看護師から、新製品手術の効率化につながるようなインサイトの収集
• 本社イベント及びエリア固有の企画への立案、運営とフォロー
• 認定講習会の実行サポート
• 適正使用の推進と製品価値最大化6. チームメンバーへの働きかけによる眼科手術Gへの貢献
• 関連法規、各種ルールの遵守

Requirements

必須要件：

• 眼科領域の営業（MR）経験
• 網膜領域のKOL（Key Opinion Leader）の担当経験がある（大学病院担当など)
• 眼科手術への立ち合い経験（あれば尚可）
• 眼科領域における薬物治療の知識と専門用語の理解
• 眼科手術における知識と専門用語の理解
• 関連法規、各種ルールの理解
