Responsibilities

• プロダクトマネージャーとして、Web、アプリ、CMS、CRMなどのプロダクトやサービスの運営と開発をリードし、ユーザー体験の向上と事業成長の両立を担っていただきます。
• 英文メディアとして必要な機能開発やユーザー目線でのUI/UXの改善が主な業務となります。編集やマーケティング、営業などの社内ステークホルダーに加え、海外のエンジニアチームと日常的に英語で連携しながら、サービス開発を推進します。

業務詳細：

• プロダクトロードマップの策定および機能開発の企画・推進
• ユーザー課題の発見と、課題を解決するアイデアの創出～要件定義まで
• エンジニアやデザイナーと協業して、プロダクトの企画・開発のディレクション
• リリース前案件の品質確認
• リリース後の効果検証、PDCAサイクル

Requirements

必須条件：

• Webアプリケーションの開発・運用ディレクターの実務経験
• 英語力（流暢でなくとも会議で意見を言えるレベル。TOEIC(R)テスト900点以上）
• 関係者と調整・合意形成を行うためのコミュニケーションスキル
• Web/アプリの基本理解（フロント/バック、API）

歓迎条件：

• Web/アプリの要件定義の経験
• 競合調査、顧客調査やデータ分析に基づいた企画立案経験
• SQL、Pythonなどのデータ処理経験
• 広告プロダクト（GAM等）の理解
