Responsibilities

全世界の現地法人・ディストリビューターにおけるアフターサービス業務のレベルアップを製品保証領域を中心に担っていただくポジションです。

• 保証ポリシーの維持運用や保証オペレーションの監視・改善指導を行う  
• 社内関連部門と連携して現地法人・ディストリビューターのアフターサービス業務を支援する  

Requirements

必須条件：

• 以下いずれかのご経験をお持ちの方  
  • 海外営業・サービス領域の経験またはCX（顧客体験）領域の経験  
  • バイクの整備経験や整備に関する知識がある方  
• バイクに興味がある方  
• 英語力（メールでのやり取りが発生します）  

歓迎条件：

• 日本国内外の自動車、二輪車製造業においての業務経験  
• 情報処理、研究開発等の業務経験
