Responsibilities

• 産業用IoT向けセンサーを中心とした振動データの解析・評価業務
• 回転機械等の設備に対する状態監視・予知保全観点での技術的判断
• 自動生成レポートに付加するエキスパート所見（異常要因、故障モード、注意点等）の作成
• 解析結果に基づく、顧客に対する推奨アクション（点検、保全、運用改善等）の検討
• 現場経験に基づく振動解析ナレッジの整理・標準化、サービス品質向上への貢献
• 開発部門、営業・サービス部門と連携したソリューション改善
• 将来的な振動活用ソリューションや新サービス検討への参画

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 高専・短大卒以上　理工系学部
• プラントなど回転機器が多く存在する設備において、振動計測を実施した実務経験（目安：3年以上）
• 振動データをもとに、設備状態の評価・診断を行い、設備保全計画の立案に関与した経験
• 振動解析結果を踏まえ、点検・修繕・運用改善等の具体的な改善作業を実施、または現場で主導・支援した経験
• 現場条件や運転状況を考慮しながら、実践的かつ現実的な技術判断を行った経験
• 顧客価値を意識し、「次のアクション」まで落とし込んで考えられる思考力
