Responsibilities

• グループ内ファイナンス業務（グループ内貸付、子会社配当、資金繰り管理等）
• 金融機関からの資金調達
• M&A案件においてファイナンス代表メンバーとしてプロジェクトチームに参画し、推進します（外部機関を活用したValuation、財務Due Diligenceのリード等を含みます）。

Requirements

必須条件：

• 事業会社の財務関連業務や金融機関における実務経験（1～2年程度）
• 英語を用いた業務の経験（英語でのメールコミュニケーション、英語資料の読解は日常的に発生します。）
• 語学：英語　日常レベルTOEIC(R)テスト600点相当／日本語　ビジネスレベル

歓迎条件：

• M&Aプロジェクト参画の経験

資格/専門知識：

• コーポレートファイナンス（資金調達、投資評価、株主還元等）に関連する実務経験や知識
