Responsibilities

• 海外における膜分離技術による高度水処理システムの自社実証設備を使い、開発中のAI・デジタル技術による経済効果を実証検証する現場実務に関わっていただきます。
• 実証検証においては、社内のデータサイエンティスト・数理解析エンジニア・AIエンジニア・制御系エンジニアといった専門領域の異なるメンバーらと運転条件や計画の策定、実際の運転実務・現場での分析、データの解析などを通じて、現象メカニズムを推察し、検証の開発実務、技術効果の経済価値変換を担っていただきます。
• 設備の運転管理実務側から、AI・デジタル技術開発に対しての課題解決に向けての現場視点での提案や働きかけを期待します。
• また同時に、解析技術の高度化や自律運転に向け、AIソフト開発やアルゴリズム開発などにも関わっていただき、プログラミングのスキルを身につけていただきながら膜分離水処理技術とAI・デジタル技術の融合を、現場実務の理解・経験をもとに推進していただきます。
• 将来的には、その活動から新しいAI・デジタル技術の開発テーマの立案や、実証で培った経験や知見を顧客先に売り込める技術営業的な役割も将来の業務として想定しています。

Requirements

必須条件：

• 大卒以上 機械・応用化学・化学・制御・環境・情報
• 機械設備の設計・運転・管理のいずれかの経験（2年以上）
• プロジェクトリーダーまたはそれに準ずる推進経験（目安：1年以上）
