Responsibilities

以下のうち、ご経験・適性に応じた領域をご担当いただきます。（1）グローバルAML／制裁システムの企画・上流工程

• 海外・国内向けのシステム企画、技術戦略の検討
• ステコミ／グローバル会議の運営、進捗説明
• 各国拠点への展開方式の比較・検討
• AI・データ活用を含む業務プロセス高度化の企画

（2）プロジェクトマネジメント（施策推進）

• 要件定義（業務要件・システム要件）の整理
• 開発計画策定、海外拠点・関連会社との調整
• 進捗管理、社内外ステークホルダーとの協働
• 海外案件(US・アジア・欧州等)に関わるPMO業務

（3）新規構築・機能拡張・保守におけるユーザ側業務

• 要件定義後の仕様深化、開発側とのソリューション検討
• ユーザーテスト（UAT）、受入判定、品質確認
• リリース後の運用保守における関連部署との連携
• 日々の改善要望の整理、既存システムの継続改善

（4）AI活用・データ利活用による業務改善

• データ分析基盤の整備
• 機械学習・自動化などの技術を活用した業務効率化・精度向上の検討・実装
• 大量データを活用したアラート精度向上や工数削減施策の検討

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 社会人年数3～7年前後の場合、業務アプリケーションの開発・運用・管理業務経験※社会人年数7年以上の場合は3年以上の経験

■歓迎条件：

• システムの開発・運用・管理において業務ユーザー側と関わる経験
• 大規模（関係者多）・グローバルプロジェクトのプロマネ、運営、社内外調整業務
• AML（Anti-money laundering）や経済制裁、贈収賄汚職防止に関する業務経験又は知識
• 金融機関、大手SIer、コンサルティング会社での勤務経験

■語学：

• 英語：上級
• TOEIC 860
