Responsibilities

同部門では、先進的なAI技術を活用し、製薬企業との共同研究を通じた創薬支援事業を展開しています。
国内外の研究拠点や関連組織と連携し、グローバルに研究・開発を推進しています。
中核となる研究チームでは、AI創薬技術の研究開発から検証、事業開発まで一貫して担っています。

■具体的な業務内容

• 免疫療法領域における臨床研究の計画・推進
• AI解析結果の生物学的妥当性・臨床応用可能性の検討
• 必要に応じた検証実験の設計・実行
• データ分析および社内外への報告
• 事業開発に向けた資料作成（科学・ビジネス双方）
• 外部技術の評価・デューデリジェンス対応

Requirements

■必須

• 博士号：免疫学、ウイルス学、または腫瘍学に関連する領域
• 職務経験：製薬企業またはバイオテクノロジー企業において、2年以上の実務経験
• 海外メンバーを含むプロジェクトチームでの協働経験
• ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル
• ネイティブレベルの日本語スキル

■歓迎

• バイオインフォマティクスの知識および経験
• 培養細胞や動物を用いた研究経験
• 海外での留学経験あるいは勤務経験（TOEIC（R）テスト：800点以上）
• プロテオミクス解析やマス解析の経験
• 創薬医薬品開発プロセス、規制に関する知識や経験
