Responsibilities

• 営業・プロダクト・マーケティング・経営層など複数組織を横断しながら、PCC課における中長期戦略立案、重点施策推進、業務改革をリードしていただきます。
• 営業、プロダクト、各事業組織へのヒアリングを通じた課題整理
• PCC課における短中長期戦略、重点施策の立案
• 経営層向け戦略資料、提案資料の作成
• KPI設計、データ分析、改善提案

Requirements

• コンサルティングファーム、または事業会社における戦略企画／経営企画経験（3年以上）
• 経営層向けの提案資料、戦略資料作成経験
• PowerPointを用いた高いドキュメンテーションスキル
• TOEIC(R)テスト800点以上（もしくは同程度の英語力を保有している資格の証明、英語圏の大卒以上の学位証明ができること）
