Responsibilities

• 現在、アジア・パシフィック地域の経営体制変更や欧州企業の買収など、海外事業は大きな転換期を迎えており、グローバル人事戦略やガバナンスの一層の強化が求められています。
• 本ポジションでは、管理職が策定した方針に基づき、グローバル人事施策の企画サポート・運用を中心に担っていただきます。グローバル人事を新たなステージへと進化させるため、実務面から変革を支えていただく重要ポジションです。

Requirements

必須条件：以下いずれも必須

• ビジネスレベルの英語力
• 3年以上の人事業務経験（制度・労務・海外人事など）

歓迎条件：

• グローバル人事経験
• グローバルカンパニーや、持株会社での人事経験
• 企画部門におけるプロジェクトリード、プロジェクトマネジメント経験
