Responsibilities

• 当社グループ製品に関連する市場・顧客・競合の分析
• 顧客との対話、運用・保守データ分析に基づく、顧客課題・顧客価値の仮説立案
• 価値提供が可能なアフターサービスソリューションの企画・開発

Requirements

必須条件：

• 能力・経験
• アフターサービス（製品の運用、保守、性能改善など）企画の実務経験
• 組織横断型プロジェクト（大きさは不問）のマネジメント経験
• クリティカルシンキング／ロジカルシンキング能力
• AI・データ活用に関する基礎知識
• アフターサービス（製品の運用、保守、性能改善など）に関するソリューション開発の実務経験があれば望ましい
