Responsibilities

• グループの各社、各部門と協働し同社の戦略策定プロセスのリード
• 戦略計画の実施状況をフォローアップし、確実な進捗を図る
• 部門横断的なプロジェクトをPMとしてのリード
• プロジェクト予算の適切な企画・管理
• M&A機会を創出するためのイニシアティブを主導し、戦略的な成長を促進する
• 役員会の事務局業務、円滑な運営支援
• 会社戦略計画の策定
  • 戦略イニシアチブの策定・ターゲット設定・アクションプラン策定
  • 会社戦略に沿ったプロジェクト投資アロケーションの策定
  • グループへの報告資料策定・報告
  • 会社戦略の会社全体への周知
• 会社戦略計画の実行状況の管理・報告
  • 各ビジネスユニットと連携し、戦略アクションの実行状況（マイルストーン・KPI)をモニタリング
  • 戦略イニシアチブの問題点・リスクの管理・解決
  • 経営会議の運営
• マーケット(競合環境)調査・レポートの作成
  • マーケット環境の調査、報告資料作成・報告（半期毎）
• 子会社管理
  • 子会社戦略策定の管理
  • グループシナジーイニシアチブの策定・管理・実行支援
• 新規事業機会の創出
  • 戦略的パートナーシップの構築
  • M&A業務のサポート

Requirements

必須要件：

• ビジネスレベルの英語力

※上記に加え下記いずれかに該当する方

• 保険会社または金融機関での戦略部門/経営管理部門等でのご経験をお持ちの方
• コンサルティング会社でのご経験をお持ちの方

歓迎条件：

• M&Aプロセスに関する知識と実務経験（尚可）
