Responsibilities

【お任せする業務】中期戦略の策定および事業プランニングを牽引していただきます。重要顧客との将来的な製品・技術のアライメント(方向性合わせ)や、業界動向・競合分析を通じ、事業の道筋を立てる先導者としての活躍を期待する重要ポジションです。
【具体的な仕事内容】中期戦略の策定や顧客とのアライメントに向けて、以下の具体的な実務を推進していただきます。1) 顧客・現地法人との折衝およびアライメント業務

• 顧客との定期技術会議への参加、および技術提案の実施
• 将来の製品ロードマップのアライメント(すり合わせ)
• 顧客の要求仕様(ニーズ)のヒアリング、および社内取りまとめ
• 顧客や国内外の現地法人とのリレーション構築・コミュニケーション対応

2) マーケットリサーチ・実現性検討(FS)業務

• 業界動向の分析、および競合調査状況の取りまとめ
• 新規製品や新セグメント進出における実現性の検討

3) 事業戦略・計画策定・推進

• 収集したデータや顧客要望に基づく、中期事業計画の策定、推進

Requirements

必須要件：

• ストレージシステム、車載システム、PCシステム、産業システムを扱う業界において、開発・設計、評価、顧客対応等の業務経験がある方
• ビジネスレベルの英語力をお持ちの方(海外拠点・ベンダ・顧客との電話会議などがございます)
• 新しい技術や語学の習得に熱意をもって取り組むことができる方
• これまでの技術経験を活かしSSD事業に貢献したい意欲を有する方
