Responsibilities

• 当社のオペレーショナルレジリエンスおよびフィジカルセキュリティチームの一員として、国内拠点の物理的なセキュリティ、出張時の安全管理、健康・安全プログラムの計画・運用・改善を担います。
• 日常的なセキュリティオペレーションの管理、インシデント発生時の対応、リスク評価や監査対応を通じて、事業活動の継続性確保と従業員の安全を支えます。
• 全国拠点の物理的なセキュリティや健康・安全に関する現地アセスメントの実施
• セキュリティ／トラベルセキュリティ関連の各種文書作成・更新
• インシデント対応や統計データの管理、分析、報告書作成
• 従業員への安全・セキュリティに関する助言、専門的サポートの提供
• 研修資料の作成、研修実施と受講状況のフォロー
• 国内外出張者の安全管理やサポート
• 社内外関係者との協働・調整、グループ会議への参加
• 内部監査やグループ要求事項に基づく改善計画の立案・推進
• プロジェクトやタスクのリーダーシップを発揮
• 必要に応じた国内出張

Requirements

• 物理的セキュリティまたは健康・安全分野で3年以上の実務経験（物理的セキュリティ関連業務の経験含む）
• 物理的セキュリティ管理や労働災害・インシデントの統計管理経験
• ビジネスレベルの英語力
• 課題解決力や分析力、調整・交渉力を持ち、関係者と円滑にコミュニケーションできる方
• 新しいスキル習得に積極的な方
