Responsibilities

■業務概要

• 当社セキュリティ部門のオペレーショナルレジリエンスおよびフィジカルセキュリティ＆セーフティチームにて、ビジネス継続管理（BCM）とITサービス継続管理（ITSCM）の推進・運用をリーダーとしてご担当いただきます。全社横断のレジリエンス強化や、事業継続計画（BCP）によるリスクマネジメント体制の強化を担い、安定した企業運営に貢献する役割です。

■業務詳細

• グローバル基準（同社グループ規定）に準拠したBCM/ITSCMプロセスの維持・監督
• 全社レジリエンス戦略の策定、導入、進捗管理
• 各部門と連携し業務影響分析（BIA）、リスクアセスメント、インシデント対応計画の立案
• BCP訓練・テストの企画、実施、結果分析と改善策の提案
• 最新のセキュリティ動向や市場リスク要因の調査、ソリューション提案
• 社内研修やワークショップの企画・ファシリテーション
• プロジェクト計画・アクションプラン策定、障害予測と解決策提示
• 第三者委託先やIT障害を想定したBCPの維持管理
• 運用効率化のためのアイデア創出、予算管理

Requirements

■必須条件

• 規制業界での事業継続管理、リスクアセスメント、オペレーショナルレジリエンスの5年以上の経験
• BCM基準や関連規制（ISO 22301等）への理解
• ビジネスレベルの英語力

■歓迎条件

• ITインフラや災害復旧の経験
• BCM関連資格（CBCP、CBCI等）
