Responsibilities

• 顧客ターゲットはプライムが基本となっており、プライム案件においてベトナム子会社のエンジニアと一緒に仕事をするグローバルチームプロジェクトのディレクター/PL/PMを募集します。
• プライム顧客への要望ヒアリング等の上流フェーズ、ベトナム子会社のエンジニアへの指示出しと成果物確認などのブリッジ業務、更にはプロジェクト計画の策定や見積もり・提案等の各種プロジェクトマネジメントの役割を担っていただきます。プライム案件の獲得（提案）から、プロジェクト全体をリードして頂く事を期待しており、提案活動、プロジェクト立上げ、クライアントワーク、デリバリー、終結まで一環したプロセスの経験を得ることができます。
• 海外のエンジニア、様々な業種のお客様（時には海外のお客様も）と直接相対して折衝していく事で、PMとして必要な交渉・折衝スキルを習得、発揮できます。

Requirements

必須条件：

• PL/PMの経験のある方(見積り、プロジェクト計画、進捗管理、品質管理、課題管理、リスク管理、各種報告、顧客/社内の調整や交渉等の経験有無を総合的に判断)
• 日本の顧客向けのドキュメント作成経験
• 見積もり経験がある方
• プロジェクトマネジメントツール（backlog, Jira等）を用いたプロジェクト管理経験
• オープン系・Web系の開発経験を3年以
• 1人で担当機能の開発可能な技術力
• 基本設計以降のフェーズ経験
