Our client is a company that manages and operates foreign luxury hotels, overseeing overall operations including restaurants, retail outlets, and banquet facilities, as well as planning and hosting events.
In addition to hotel management, the company is involved in related businesses such as the sale of food, beverages, and cosmetics, and the operation of sports facilities, esthetic salons, and parking services. It also provides services in information processing, real estate, human resource development, and management consulting.
Its hotels offer comfortable accommodations, diverse dining options, spa services, and event spaces, catering to both business and leisure needs.

Responsibilities

• 宿泊営業（FIT＆団体）および宴会営業
• 主にコーポレートアカウントおよび海外MICEビジネスに対する新規開拓と既存アカウントの維持・強化

＜業務の流れ＞

• お問い合わせ→見積もり提出→交渉→契約書締結→イベントプランニングへ引継ぎの流れにて、ご宴席当日のご挨拶、請求書送付時のお礼などが一連の流れとなります。
• 日々の営業活動をきっかけにお客様から、グループや宴会に関する問い合わせをいただき始まるパターンが中心となっております。

Requirements

必須条件：

• 営業経験をお持ちの方
• 日本語ネイティブレベル、ビジネス英語中級以上

歓迎要件：

• ホテル業界での営業経験をお持ちの方
