- Responsibilities

This job is responsible for developing and executing short- and long-term strategies for the Japan heart failure business, including therapy and market expansion for current and future portfolios.
Key activities include hospital program development, therapy awareness, patient flow optimization, marketing execution,
key account management, reimbursement support, and providing clinical and educational guidance to drive sustained growth.

■Responsibilities- Lead reimbursement and market development strategy
- Build patient pathways and referral networks to drive therapy adoption
- Identify unmet needs and develop therapy/program initiatives
- Drive key account growth (cases & market share) through tailored plans
- Lead strategic and business development initiatives with cross-functional teams
- Align strategy across business units and target accounts
- Increase therapy awareness and execute marketing programs
- Coach team members and ensure strong execution
- Build strong customer relationships and act as a strategic partner
- Own forecasting (product & revenue) at national and account levels
- Lead, develop, and manage a high-performing team
- Oversee operations including training, resources, and administration
- Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and ethical standards

■ Required Qualifications- Proven track record of achieving sales and profitability targets in a complex solution-selling environment
- 10+ years of sales experience in the medical device, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry
- Solid experience in sales and account management
- Experience in developing markets for new technologies and/or therapies
- 5+ years of team management and coaching experience
- Experience in distributor (channel partner) management
- Financial acumen, including P&L (profit and loss) management
- Strong understanding of business operations across multiple functions and departments
- Business-level or higher proficiency in English
