Responsibilities

• ITオペレーション部における以下の領域のマネジメントおよび戦略立案をお任せします。

IT戦略・ガバナンスの策定:

• グローバル共通のITインフラ・セキュリティポリシーの策定と展開 
• Microsoft365 / Entra IDを中心とした、ID管理・ガバナンスの全体設計 
• 業務自動化ツール等のツール活用による、社内業務プロセスの抜本的な効率化および最適化の推進

ITインフラ・デバイス管理の最適化:

• Intune /Autopilot等を活用したモダンなデバイス管理体制の構築指揮
• ファイルサーバーや各種インフラのクラウドシフトに向けた中期長期計画の立案と、プロジェクト管理
• IT資産のライフサイクル管理におけるプロセス標準化とコンプライアンス維持

組織マネジメント・ITSM:

• 推進メンバーの育成、評価、および技術的なスキルアップの支援
• ITSMフレームワークに基づくITサービス品質の向上とインシデント管理の徹底 
• ベンダーマネジメントおよびIT予算の管理・執行

Requirements

• 事業会社またはSIerにおける、管理職として5年以上のマネジメント経験（組織運営・人材育成・評価等の経験を含む）
• ITインフラ（Microsoftソリューション、サーバー、ネットワーク、ストレージ）の設計・運用に関する深い知見 
• 中長期的なITロードマップの策定、または大規模なシステム導入プロジェクトの推進経験
• 海外拠点のメンバーやベンダーと、直接技術的な協議や条件交渉、合意形成ができる英語力
